By downloading or playing Lumen Weave you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Google Play's terms also apply to how you get the game.
2. Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game; do not use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the game, its ads or Google services; and do not use names or share images that are offensive, misleading or that infringe someone else's rights.
3. Hints, chests and other in-game items
Hints, stars, chests, streaks, awards, avatars and frames are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and may be rebalanced in updates to keep the game fair and fun.
4. Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. It switches off the full-screen ads shown between levels on the Google account that bought it. Optional rewarded videos (for an extra hint or a life refill) stay available so you can still use them when you choose. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payments, receipts and refund requests are handled by Google Play under its own policies; contact us if something goes wrong and we will help.
5. Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. We choose where ads may appear, but the ads themselves come from third-party advertisers, and we are not responsible for their content or for products they offer.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop features or the game at any time, for example to fix bugs, add levels or meet store and legal requirements. We try hard to keep your progress safe, but we cannot promise the game will always be available or free of errors.
7. Ownership
The game, its levels, artwork, sound and code belong to Appliiee or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Google Play and Google Play Games are trademarks of Google LLC.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together.
