Delete your data

Lumen Weave has no accounts of its own and we keep no game data on our servers, so you are always in control. Here is how to remove everything connected to the game.

1. Data on your phone

Uninstall the game, or open Android Settings > Apps > Lumen Weave > Storage > Clear storage. This removes your progress, settings and the share image cache. If Android backup is on, you can also delete the backup in your Google account (Google Drive > Backups).

2. Google Play Games

Open the Google Play Games app (or Play Store > profile > Play Games), go to Settings and choose to delete your Play Games account and data, or delete only the data for Lumen Weave. This removes achievements, leaderboard scores and the saved game held by Google.

3. Advertising

Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads. You can review ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and change the in-game consent choice in Settings > Privacy & ad choices.

4. Ask us

If you have emailed us and want those emails deleted, or need help with any of the steps above, write to support@unibongo.store with the subject "Delete my data". We handle these requests within 30 days.
