Privacy Policy
We made Lumen Weave to be a quiet puzzle, and we want the way it handles your information to be just as simple. This policy explains what the game keeps, what the Google services built into it process, and the choices you have. We do not run our own servers for the game and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Who is responsible
Appliiee is the developer of Lumen Weave. For any privacy question or request, write to support@unibongo.store. We usually reply within a few working days.
2. Information kept on your device
The game saves your progress on your own phone: levels cleared, stars, hints, streaks, daily weaves, awards, settings (language, theme, sound, vibration, reminder), the display name and avatar you choose, and whether you bought Remove Ads. This information never leaves your device through us. If Android backup is switched on for your Google account, Android may include it in your device backup, which Google stores for you under its own terms.
The display name is only shown inside the game and on share images you create yourself. You can change it at any time in Profile.
3. Google Play Games (optional)
If you use Google Play Games, Google provides sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and the saved game that lets you move your progress to another phone. To do this Google processes your Play Games profile (player ID and gamer name) together with your scores, unlocked achievements and the saved game file. You can turn syncing off in Settings, and you control your Play Games profile and visibility in the Google Play Games app. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob: an optional rewarded video when you ask for an extra hint or a life refill, and an occasional full-screen ad between levels (never in the middle of a level). To deliver, measure and protect ads, Google may collect:
- device and app information, such as the advertising ID, device model, operating system and language;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location can be estimated;
- how you interact with ads (for example impressions and taps), plus crash and performance data of the ads library.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & ad choices. Ads in the game are limited to content suitable for teens. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Google > Ads).
5. Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game only receives a confirmation from Google Play that the item is owned, so that it can switch off the ads between levels and restore the purchase on a new phone.
6. Notifications
If you say yes, the game shows one local reminder in the evening about your daily weave. It is created on your phone; no push server is involved and no data is sent anywhere. You can switch it off in Settings or in your phone's notification settings.
7. Sharing
When you tap Share, the game creates an image of your result and opens the standard Android share sheet. Nothing is shared unless you choose an app and send it yourself.
8. Summary table
| Data | Where it goes | Why | Optional? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game progress and settings | Your device (and your own Android backup) | To keep your game | Needed to play |
| Play Games profile, scores, achievements, saved game | Google Play Games | Sign-in, leaderboards, cloud save | Yes |
| Advertising ID, IP address, device info, ad interactions | Google AdMob | Showing, measuring and protecting ads | Personalisation needs consent where required |
| Purchase status | Google Play Billing | Remove Ads and restoring it | Yes |
9. Children
Lumen Weave is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game in a way that shared personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
10. How long data is kept
Information on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. Data held by Google (Play Games, AdMob, Play Billing) is kept according to Google's retention policies and your Google account settings. See Delete your data for step-by-step instructions.
11. Security
The game does not send your data to us. Connections made by the Google services in the game are encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep the game's footprint deliberately small.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, Brazil's LGPD or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to withdraw consent and to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold your game data on our own servers, most requests are fastest through the controls described above; for anything else, email us and we will help. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
13. International processing
Google may process information in countries other than yours, using the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
14. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the game's update notes.
